All bookings made for our facilities, with the exception of those made by tenants utilizing their allocated hours, require payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can manage our resources effectively and provide a seamless experience for all our clients. However, we understand that plans can change; therefore, for those who need to cancel their boardroom bookings, we offer a credit towards a future reservation if the cancellation is made at least seven days in advance. This policy not only helps us maintain our scheduling efficiency but also allows customers the flexibility to reschedule their commitments as needed.
